A few days ago, Kitui county through the ministry of agriculture announced their joy after the launch of Mango flakes, wine, tomatoes source and more importantly, Kaluvu which is a local brew produced in large quantities across the Ukambani region.

Through a number of registered groups across the county, this project is set to profit the large populace of the region by creating jobs and wealth creation according to the County Chief Officer Engineer James Songolo.

Addressing the media after the announcement, the Chief officer reiterated that Mbee Nzei government is keen on making a difference by investing in manufacturing and production, a plan which is projected to eradicate poverty problems in the region.

Kenyans across the country applauded Mama Ngilu for her enormous efforts especially on the Kaluvu production saying that such is will help to create jobs for the brew vendors and attract more consumers hence making the circulation of the money across Kitui County and beyond.
